Health Fair Day
Dr. Jorge Solorzano, optometrist and clinical
director for the Ada office, helps out at Ada’s
Health Fair. Also, Dr. Solorzano periodically
teaches at Northeastern State University’s
Oklahoma College of Optometry.
Lee National
Denim Day
BVA participated in Lee National Denim Day, the
nation’s largest, single-day fund-raiser to support
the fight against breast cancer. BVA employees wore
denim in exchange for a donation to the
Foundation. One hundred percent of the funds
benefited the Komen Foundation. The participation
honored BVA’s own Susan Marical in the Ada office.

Vision for Humanity:
BVA Advanced Eye Care teamed up with
Oklahoma Surgicare for "Vision for
Humanity." The program is a charity cataract
surgery project which provides free surgery
to Oklahoma residents. Patients desperately
need cataract surgery to restore their
vision for their daily living activities or
to maintain their employment.
